Holiday Rep Job Description
Working as a holiday rep in Tenerife, you are the first point of call for everyone arriving in the resort. You could be making sure they get to and from their accommodation and making sure they have everything they need to have a great holiday! As the face of the holiday company they need you to be reliable and on time. The can be a demanding, but very fun way to spend your Summer.
Rep Job Duties
- Welcoming guest at the airport or hotel.
- Providing great customer service.
- Dealing with any customer complaints.
- Selling events/excursions
Working Hours
This role can mean early starts, evenings and weekends. Working split shifts is often the case.
Average Salary
From 60 Euros per day.
